Putu Jumu Longbow Wood
This South American hardwood is an excellent bellywood. A beautiful timber with an extremely fine grain and orange colour close to that of English Yew.
Putu Jumu features as the belly of my higher end longbows. Laminated with double cores to produce a particularly fast longbow.
Superior consistency and cast in comparison with Lemonwood and less susceptible to string follow.
